Repairs and Restoration

Manly Jewellers prides themselves on quality which is second to none when it comes to their jewellery repairs and restoration. We can assist you in all areas of jewellery re-modelling, repairs, resizing, restoration and re-threading No job is too small and we welcome your enquiry.

Threading

We thread all pearls and beaded jewellery. We only thread using the highest quality silks, nylons & metals for this process.


Engraving

Engraving is a special personal touch which can enhance your jewellery by marking a memorable occasion or leaving a loved one a permanent love token. Engraving can be arranged in store

 

Jewellery Cleaning

Manly Jewellers understands you want your jewellery to look its best. We can clean your jewellery in-store or give it a professional clean in our workshop. Bring it in store so we can best advise you.  


Valuations

At Manly Jewellers we understand how important it is to safeguard those items you treasure, we can provide you with an independent valuation for insurance purposes.

jEWELLERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

In caring and protecting your jewellery, we - amongst all jewellery professionals - advise removing for showering/bathing, sleeping, applying cosmetics or perfumes, exercising (especially at the gym), cooking, washing up/cleaning, swimming and when it will exposed to chemicals or force.

Refund Policy

Manly Jewellers will gladly accept items purchased for exchange and credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in the same condition as received and accompanied by the original receipt and any related documents.

The return policy for Items that have broken can be assessed in person or through email. If it is evident to us that the item has been damaged/used in a way not advised to, we offer a first time free repair service and extra care options.

The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important to Manly Jewellers. We are confident that you may never have reason to complain, but if you do, we will do our best to work with you to resolve it.

If you have a complaint, please place your concerns into a respectful email, we will action this as soon as possible and do our best to resolve it.

If you are unsatisfied the outcome, we will involve our internal affairs team, who will review your matter and any supporting documents. You will then be formally contacted by them with a response and resolution.
